If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the damage, defect, or incorrect product is confirmed, we will initiate either a refund or an exchange, based on your preference.
